Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password.

Usage data: We collect logs of platform usage (page views, feature usage, workspace activity, container usage).

Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID but never your card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (verification, password resets)
• To monitor and improve the Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 with 120,000 iterations. All connections are encrypted via TLS.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — Payment processing
• Amazon SES — Email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS and email routing

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to maintain your login state. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You may delete your account and all associated data from the Settings app in your Switchboard OS or from your account dashboard. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
